"I have worked therapeutically with clients since 2007, in the UK and abroad. Good Mental Health is my passion! I can honestly say, I love what I do."
As is, helping others to find their path in life, and assisting with the belief that we can achieve those dreams and aspirations, that we often keep hidden from the world.

If you are feeling stuck emotionally, spiritually and in a career that no longer fulfills you, my style of working may help assist you.
I offer an eclectic style of working, and bring forward the many tools and skills I have to best fit the client in front of me.

Therapeutically, I am trained in Person Centred Therapy and Psychodramatic Bodywork. Both therapies fit really well together. In Person Centred Therapy one of the beliefs is that you the client, are the expert of your life. You know yourself best, and only you know how your life has been shaped by your experiences.

Part of my job is to assist you in bringing forward what you need to work through, to support your healing journey. This can be by talking and / or using creative techniques to give voice to those things we find hard saying out loud.

In Psychodramatic Bodywork, it is believed that the body holds memories. I use a range of techniques to assist you in accessing those feelings and then safely releasing them. This could be anger work, fear work, sadness and joy!

I am also an NLP, Time-Based Technique and Hypnotherapy practitioner, Coach, a Sound Therapist, a Reiki Practitioner and bring these practices into my therapeutic work if appropriate.

In my therapy practice, I have worked with clients experiencing some of the following:
Trauma, generational trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, childhood abuse, relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss of direction in their career choices and spirituality; including spiritual development and listening and becoming more in tune with our intuition and soul work.

I also run residential workshops and day workshop and co-lead therapy groups.

I have worked for the NHS for twenty years. My last role was working part time with the District Nurse Team, working in the community. I recently decided to put my full focus into my therapeutic work full time and completed my NHS career.

I work with adults and children and I hold enhanced DBS certificate.

I very much look forward to working with you, and I hope this gives you an idea of some of the work I can offer you.
