I am a Humanistic Person-Centred Counsellor, with life experiences enriched by multiple changes of country and cultures. Passionate about the wellbeing and continuous development of individuals.
I tailor therapy to meet my client’s needs bringing a holistic and eclectic approach to my practice. Drawn from different counselling methodologies, I combine my core training approach with Gestalt, CBT, Art Therapy, IMF for trauma, Mindfulness and Solution Focus Therapy.
Counselling is an incredible powerful tool that gives people the opportunity to open about feelings, thoughts and circumstances, exploring areas of themselves and their lives that they are struggling with.
I work collaboratively with my clients, helping them to develop effective and healthy copping strategies as well as acquiring a greater self-understanding.
