Therefore we provide an initial 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs, following which we will recommend relevant treatment and practitioner to work with.

In order to get to know the practitioner, you can then talk to the practitioner for another free 15-minute consultation, before arranging your first session.

Other therapy and coaching sessions are typically between 60-90 minutes.

Your practitioner will discuss the length of the sessions during your initial discussion.

Sessions are by appointment only, and are usually weekly or bi-weekly.

In sessions you will discuss your personal or work issues, your relationship difficulties, your feelings, your emotions and other life challenges.

You address anything that is not working as well as you would like it to, and your therapist or coach will help you turn this around with the help of latest evidence-based methods.

You will establish your goals at the beginning of your programme and you will work towards your goals, experiencing transformational changes in life.

This means feeling better, with improved emotional well-being, more energy, contentment and happiness, better relationships, more empowerment, peace of mind, greater clarity and a more purposeful direction in life.

What are your fees?

We understand that investing in your lasting emotional wellbeing can be costly, especially if you have been dealing with an ongoing issue for a while. Therefore, we provide high quality therapy and coaching at affordable prices, to enable you to commit to your inner health and wellbeing without breaking the bank.

Our fees vary, depending on the practitioner and the service you are seeking. They range between £80-£150 per session, often with discounted rates for longer treatments and coaching programmes to ensure your long-term health.

Some therapists are part of private healthcare providers.

For some treatments, such as NLP Phobia treatment, the price might be indicated per total treatment rather than per hour, as we want to provide value and guarantee success, and we don’t want you to worry about having to pay an excessive fee to achieve your goal.

Each practitioner has their rates listed in their profile. We will discuss these with you during your initial consultation, to ensure the fees fit your budget and are in line with the result you are seeking to achieve.

Please contact us to discuss rates for more specific services.
Cancellations

Please contact your therapist as soon as possible if you cannot make the session or want to re-schedule. Each therapist and coach have a different terms and conditions and cancellation policy. Often there is a full charge incurred for cancellations of less than 48 hours and missed appointments.

It is normal to seek help or support when life turns rocky. And life does indeed turn rocky for everyone at times. And we applaud you for taking the step to talk to someone, as it is a sign of your strength!

At the Wellbeing Centre London we see a lot of first-time therapy or coaching clients. We will talk you through the process and what to expect, we will discuss your goals with you and align your treatment or coaching plan to achieve your goals.

Therapy and coaching often work in different ways, but they generally complement each other. During the first therapy session, called an assessment, we will discuss with you the problem that brought you to the session, any background information we need to know, and any history associated with it. We will discuss where you would like to be, your hopes, your goals, how you would like to feel and what you would like to achieve. You will be able to ask any questions and work out a plan with your practitioner. Our experienced practitioners will make sure your investment in yourself and your future is worthwhile and you will feel like a new you at the end of the programme.

During wellbeing coaching you will also discuss your goals with your practitioner and any history relevant to the problem you are seeking to change. However, providing you are not struggling with deeper mental health problems, you will then start working with your coach on addressing the problem. Hence the assessment stage is shorter than in therapy.

We do ask you to talk to us as openly as possible, as only with complete honesty can we really help you on your journey to making a change and to helping you thrive again.

The only time we are required, by law, to disclose information is in the following circumstances:

If, in our clinical judgment, you pose a threat to harm yourself and you refuse appropriate treatment, your Wellbeing Centre London therapist is ethically bound to notify the appropriate parties (those who can intervene to protect you).

If you indicate a serious imminent threat to harm another person, Wellbeing Centre London is legally required to warn the intended victim(s) and the police, and/or to obtain a civil commitment to the state mental health system.

We are required to report any suspicion of child or elder abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities.

In rare instances, courts may subpoena our records for testimony. In most instances, we are required to honour such court subpoenas.

The simplest answer is that it ends when you feel that you have completed the work you came to therapy to do. It is a decision that is ultimately in your hands.

It is our goal to work with you so you can be fully healed, empowered and living your best life.

Some clients come with a specific goal in mind and end therapy once that goal has been met. Others find our services to be so helpful after their initial goal is met, that they stay longer and add additional goals, or continue working with us as part of their ongoing self-care routine.

Provided that we have worked well together with you and have a strong and trusting relationship, it is not uncommon for us to arrive at this question at about the same time.

It is then a decision that we reach together, with the understanding that you are welcome to come back at any time of course.
