"I am a HCPC registered art psychotherapist and full member of the British Association of Art Therapists, where I am listed as a supervisor and private practitioner."
I have more than sixteen years’ experience working with adults, children and young people in different settings and within different roles. In 2010, I completed a MA in Art Psychotherapy at Goldsmiths University of London and, I have worked as an integrative psychotherapist in the not-for-profit sector, NHS, schools and in private practice.
Parallel to my role as a therapist, I worked for nine years as a team manager delivering therapeutic services in schools supporting children, young people and their families to overcome emotional barriers and fulfil their potential.
I am passionate about my work and I have a holistic approach using different tools in my practice, including art, nature, mindfulness, coaching, CBT, IFS, psychodynamic and systemic theories. I am highly motivated and committed to work with children, young people and adults in their process of creating positive changes to their lives.
I take sessions in English and Spanish. I am a member of HCPC, BAAT and ATE and abide by their ethics
